Appointing General Director of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group

Minister of Industry and Trade Vu Huy Hoang signed a Decision to appoint the General Director of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group. On November 19th, 2014, the Minister of Industry and Trade Vu Huy Hoang signed a Decision No. 10 599 / QD-BCT on appointment Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh (Deputy General Director of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group) as a Member of the Board of Directors and General Director of PetroVietnam. The Decision takes effect since the signing date.
Petrovietnam increases stake in $4.6bn Long Son petrochemical complex

Petrovietnam has increased its stake in the $4.6bn Long Son petrochemical complex in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, Vietnam, by acquiring a further 11% stake from Vietnam National Chemical. With the acquisition, the company now holds a 29% share in the project.

Recognition ceremony of 1.500.000 safe working hours of Dai Hung Field Development Phase 3 Project
On the morning of 21-Nov-2023, at PVC-MS’s fabrication yard in Vung Tau City, PetroVietnam Domestic Exploration Production Operating Company Limited (PVEP POC) which is under PetroVietnam Exploration Production Corporation (PVEP), Vietsovpetro Joint Venture (Vietsovpetro), and Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (PVC-MS) organized a ceremony to recognize 1,500,000 safe working hours of Dai Hung Field Development Phase 3 Project. This is a positive and important milestone for the contractor and investor units involved in the project development activities.

PVC-MS commenced the Package Prefabrication service and Construction work - Jacket of Greater Changhua Offshore Wind Farm Project
On the morning of 14-Aug-2023, at PVC-MS port, Petroleum Equipment Assembly & Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (PVC-MS) held the Commencement for the package “Prefabrication service and Construction work - Jacket of Greater Changhua Offshore Wind Farm Project”. This is an important package of the Greater Changhua CHW2204 Project with a total capacity of 920 MW in Taiwan (China), and PVC-MS has been selected as the subcontractor for construction.
PVC-MS completed and handed over 2 jackets, JA and KA, of Gallaf 3 Project
On 29-Mar and 01-Apr-2023, PVC-MS successfully loaded out 2 jackets, JA and KA, of Gallaf 3 Project. The careful and professional load-out work of PVC-MS was highly appreciated by the Investor NOC and the Contractor PTSC M&C.
